1). LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) reveals surface flaws in non-porous material and metallic and non-metallic surfaces by the “bleed-out” of penetrating medium against a contrasting background. This is done by applying a penetrant to the pre cleaned surface and flaw of the item being inspected.

2). MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING

Magnetic particle Testing (MT) is used to locate surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities or defects in ferromagnetic materials. Such flaws present in a magnetized part will cause a magnetic eld i.e. flux, to leave the part.

3). ULTRASONIC TESTING

Ultrasonic testing is a Non-destructive Testing method that uses high-frequency sound waves to inspect materials for defects or irregularities. UT Specially For Planner Discontinuities Detection Like – Crack, Lack Of Fusion, Lack Of Penetration etc.

4). RADIOGRAPHY TESTING

Radiographic Testing or RT uses x-rays and gamma-rays to produce a radiograph of the test specimen that shows changes in thickness, defects or flaws, and assembly details to ensure optimum quality.

5). HARDNESS TESTING

Hardness testing is a non-destructive test method that involves applying a constant load via a rounded or pointed object, under controlled conditions, to create an indentation in a metal surface. This is then measured to determine the hardness of the material.

6). ULTRASONIC THICKNESS GAUGING (UTG)

Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges are ideal for measuring the effects of corrosion or erosion on tanks, pipes, or any structure where access is limited to one side.

We conduct ASNT NDT Level II Training courses as per SNT-TC-1A Guidelines at various paces all over India. We give practical hands on training on the latest equipment used in the market and also we have sample test pieces to resemble the defects which normally appear in materials.
